We will prepare your payroll on a bi-weekly basis to meet employment tax requirements. This includes: Calculate and process bi-weekly Payroll for up to 10 Employees, using an online payroll software Calculate and track accrued vacation and sick time or other benefits Provide direct deposit for your employees Electronic paystubs accessible online by employee Preparation and electronic filing of T4 summary and slips (must be client through year end for T4 preparation) Payroll taxes remitted to Government with each payroll (eliminates the need to come up with large payroll tax deposits quarterly) Preparation of Records of Employment (ROEs) for departing employees Includes electronic filing and electronic payment of payroll taxes and returns when available Includes Payroll Register Reports with each payroll run with monthly & year to date payroll Includes responses to related notices from taxing authorities in relation to payroll
